Only a few minutes from Harefield, surrounded by hundreds of acres of greenbelt countryside, Littlebourne offers an excellent range of riding activities for beginners and experienced riders alike, including dressage, jumping and lots of woodland and off-road riding in the local countryside for 1, 2 or even 5 hour hacks.
The centre is run by John and Caroline Dent who come from families with long standing equestrian links, involving showjumping, film and stunt work. Their love of horses can be seen all around in the quality of bloodstock and the substantial investment in equipment and facilities.
Our qualified team of instructors enjoy teaching at all levels of ability. Within the school's range of excellent horses and ponies there's something to suit everyone from beginners to advanced riders.
With a range of dressage, jumping and hacking in the local countryside, these are horses that never get stale.
The large, modern arena is regularly used for dressage and show jumping competitions, drawing entries from all over the region.
Littlebourne riders regularly get the opportunity to take part in sponsored rides away from the centre using Littlebourne horses.
The centre is also the home of the Harrow & District Riding Club who hold regular events using their own and school horses.
The attractive, well equipped yard also offers livery services, both full and DIY. All liveries have use of the full facilities of the yard including a reduced rate for the hire of school horses and joining group lessons.
